"ROLES, FUNCTIONS AND DEGRADATION" is a music piece for 16 channel ambisonics sound installation SONOMETRO. It explores the possibilities given by the objective and subjective qualities of sound, such as for meditational use, its spatial properties for sound localization and/or a more abstract approach where those sounds can be taken out of context through synthesis and processing. From pure acoustic to digital sounds and its degradation.

"Intermita" is a sound piece for 4 channel sound installation that resulted of a 2 weeks long residency “Ecos da ida e do retorno”. It explores migrational complexity, capturing some of the intervenients emotions during the field work while getting into my own experience of the space.
The composition was made with sound design techniques, Max/MSP grain synthesis of field recordings and a tenor saxophone recorded at the old mine of Queiriga.

A sound installation using the living archive provided by the project Cidade Som,
“Fragmento” is a 12 channel sound installation with interactive elements, such as a phone-in made by a contributor exploring the city soundscape, while other live sound manipulation and spatialization takes place. Sound programming and spatialization being done on Max/MSP and Nuendo 10.
8 hours of live performance on May 23rd at EMEF - Railway train factory.

+Nature octophonic sound installation - the concept was to show how the sounds of the nature surrounding the Barreiro city can be so calming
+Industry 5.1 interactive sound installation - this installation was conceived to make people interact with the industrial sounds of Barreiro and to make an environmental point sound with it. All the interaction would manipulate the industrial sounds and make the sound flow around the installation.
